Busisiwe Kabane-Bailey

Busisiwe Kabane-Bailey is a civil society social innovator, currently serving as Innovation Director at the DG Murray Trust (DGMT). Her work focuses on designing and scaling interventions that expand access to opportunity for vulnerable communities.

At DGMT, she leads initiatives that leverage technology and partnerships to improve service delivery across sectors, including education, health, and civil society. She has been at the forefront of efforts to advance zero-rating of public benefit organisations in South Africa, working with network operators, regulators, and non-profits to reduce the cost of accessing critical online services.
