Rolf has represented a host of local and international clients in the licensing of internet service providers, fibre optic (land-based and submarine), terrestrial wireless and satellite (LEO & GEO) network operators, radio frequency spectrum licensing (terrestrial and satellite), hardware certification (type approval/homologation) and new technologies and advises on service provider transformation requirements and ownership structures, the structuring of transactions, the drafting and negotiation of contracts and the performance of regulatory due diligences.
