He co-founded Workonline Communications in 2006 and helped scale it into a leading provider of wholesale IP transit and connectivity services across sub-Saharan Africa. At Yafibr, Edward is focused on designing, deploying, and operating high-quality long-haul dark fibre infrastructure across Africa and Europe.

I’m a Senior Pre‑Sales Engineer and Technical Consultant with over 20 years of experience across the technology and telecommunications landscape in Africa. I currently work at NEC XON, where I design and position complex, large‑scale solutions that align business objectives with practical, resilient network and systems implementation. My background includes solution architecture, technical consulting, and multi‑country deployments, with a strong focus on clarity, scalability, and real‑world operability.
