Riaan Maree

Riaan Maree is the CTO and co-founder of WIRUlink and RUSH Network, an ISP and open-access fixed wireless access (FWA) wholesale network. Under his co-leadership, WIRUlink has built its own wireless network footprint and developed in-house open-access infrastructure, called the RUSH Network, to deliver connectivity to multiple ISPs' customers across South Africa.

Riaan has a natural talent for spotting everyday business challenges and building technology-driven solutions to simplify operations. As lead innovator, solution architect, product developer, and CTO across multiple companies in the telecoms, energy, agri-tech, AI, and software sectors, he plays a key role in driving technology adoption that makes business — and life — simpler.
