Taking a Position on Internet Blocking in SA

ISPs around the world face constant pressure to police online content, and in particular, to block their users from accessing certain websites. In South Africa, ISPs have been asked to block unlicensed gambling sites and illegal streaming services. This presentation will set-out ISPA's stance on a potential legislative blocking framework for South Africa.
