The Coalition for Digital Africa is an initiative that aims to bring together stakeholders to expand the Internet in Africa and seeks to expand the reach of information and knowledge while avoiding duplication of efforts.

The Coalition promotes innovation and encourages entrepreneurial efforts aimed at strengthening Internet infrastructure to support the development of Africa’s digital economy.

Presentation on the Coalition, the ongoing projects and current partners as well as call to action for increased collaboration across the Continent.


The ICANN Grant Program is an exciting opportunity for eligible organizations across the globe to apply for funding for projects that are consistent with ICANN's mission and aligned with the objectives of the ICANN Grant Program.

This program will make a difference in the Internet ecosystem, while also positively impacting people all over the world by investing in creative and innovative solutions that further ICANN's vision of a single, open, and globally interoperable Internet.

This session will share information on the background, the program, possible projects, the objectives and the process for application and submission
