Neil Dundas

Neil is an entrepreneur, lawyer and techie. He is the co-founder and chief executive officer of Domain Name Services which provides technical registry services, systems and infrastructure to the .ZA Central Registry (ZACR), the ZA Domain Name Authority (ZADNA) and the Tertiary Education & Research Network of South Africa (TENET).

Neil has also served as a previous chief executive of UniForum SA and oversaw its transition to the ZA Central Registry (ZACR). More recently, Neil co-founded and incorporated the ZA Registry Consortium (ZARC), a private technology company specifically established for the purpose of conducting registry operations for the .za second level commercial domains (SLDs), such as co.za, org.za, net.za and web.za.
ZARC was officially appointed by the ZA Domain Name Authority (ccTLD administrator) as the Registry Operator for the commercial SLDs in 2022 and Neil is currently the co-CEO, together with Lucky Masilela.
