Exhibit at iWeek
Exhibitors have the option of small or large stands to exhibit and market their products. Our free-standing uniform stands are self-sufficient, user friendly and ideal for any purpose. The design and positioning of the stands promote delegate interaction and only one (1) staff member is required at any one time. (Please refer to design below.)
The exhibition will take place directly outside the auditorium with only one access point to the conference venue: entrance through the exhibition.
Exhibitors will also be featured on the exhibitors’ page of the official iWeek website – this includes:
- Corporate logo
- 30-Word promotional paragraph
- Link to company website
Exhibitor’s information will remain on the iWeek website for a period of 3 months after the event.
Opportunity to pitch your products
We have 5 x 10 minute product slots available to large exhibitors, which will take place during conference proceedings. Slots will be allocated on a first-come-first served basis.

Some exhibition suggestions include:
Create a congenial and vibrant atmosphere around your stand by:
- Branding items such as flags, balloons, give-aways
- Organise display banners
- Organise event signage
- Hand-out brochures, profiles, testimonials, fact sheets etc.
- Show videos
- Attract attendees to your stand by offering games / competitions
- Create an area for delegates to complete cards / or evaluation forms and reward them with a small gift
Important: It must be noted that in terms of the ISPA Constitution, the ISPA address lists may not be used for any other purpose than for the business of the association and therefore the conference delegate list may unfortunately not be provided to sponsors and exhibitors.
